Danica Kenyon

Danica is a senior finance and operations executive with more than 24 years of leadership experience spanning agriculture, food production, and the public sector. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth through strategic planning and transformation initiatives.

Danica spent more than a decade with Maple Leaf Foods, including leadership roles within Maple Leaf Agri-Farms, where she guided financial strategy, capital planning, commodity risk management analysis, and acquisition integration for one of Canada’s leading food production companies.

Earlier in her career, Danica held roles with the Province of Manitoba, where she managed financial planning, reporting, and funding oversight in a complex government environment. She also built a strong foundation in the agriculture sector through experience with Agricore United, gaining valuable insight into the grain industry and agricultural value chain.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), Danica is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to fostering innovation and growth across Canada’s agriculture and food sectors.
