Jacqueline Khayat

Jacqueline Khayat, MBA, is a seasoned executive with more than 22 years of experience in global business development, sales leadership, marketing, and corporate strategy. She has led growth initiatives across international markets, with deep expertise in P&L management, commercialization, and the execution of complex strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.

She is the Founder and CEO of Rise & Blossom, a boutique advisory firm focused on strategy, commercialization, and growth acceleration. Jacqueline works closely with startups and scaling companies, supporting executive teams in refining business models, driving revenue growth, structuring strategic partnerships, and navigating financing and M&A opportunities. She is also a strategic advisor to Premier Tech Life Sciences and is actively involved with several incubators and accelerators within Quebec’s innovation ecosystem.

In addition to her advisory work, Jacqueline is an active investor and board member with Anges Québec, where she contributes to the evaluation and growth of early-stage companies, particularly in the life sciences sector. She also serves on the board of directors of the Caisse Populaire Saint-Martin de Laval, where she is involved in governance and key committees, including audit, ethics, and human resources.
